E.P. Design is a hardscape and landscape design company, led by Eve, who has over 3 years of experience in the field. She strongly advocates for using native environments and unique features to enhance the beauty and comfort of her client’s outdoor spaces.
Eve specializes in creating low maintenance and sustainable spaces for clients. Investing in these kinds of spaces should be thoughtful and personalized to express the clients’ preferences and vision for their home.
To accurately portray the final product, E.P. Design uses 3D software that creates precise renderings and construction drawings to scale, allowing clients to visualize their outdoor space before construction begins. This method also ensures that the final product fulfills the clients’ expectations and delivers a remarkable outdoor experience.

How we work?

Step
The process of working with E.P. Design begins with the discovery phase. During this initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and expectations for your outdoor space. Together, we will collect information on how you plan to use the space, and I will offer suggestions on the direction I feel we should take. This is a crucial stage, as it sets the foundation for the rest of the project.

Step
The next phase is planning the design. I will conduct a site analysis and create a rough draft of the design. We will then work together to refine the design until it is perfect for your needs. Throughout this stage, I may suggest preferred installers from my extensive network of landscapers, hardscapers, and carpenters.

Step
The final stage is installation. Depending on your preference, you may choose to do it yourself, use your own installer, or use one of the installers that I recommend. Once the installation is complete, your home’s value will increase tremendously, and you’ll have a beautiful outdoor space that meets all of your needs and exceeds your expectations.
